Project Description Interior and exterior repairs to a fire damaged historic church including structural repairs to floor system, new plaster on existing brick walls, repairs to wood truss and new plaster ceiling, new oak floors, refinishing of pews and alter furnishings, all new electric service and wiring, limited plumbing, repairs to soup kitchen cabinets and equipment, exterior historic brick pointing, complete repair of 12 foot high double hung historic windows and total sash replacement, interior and exterior historic woodwork repair/replacement, interior and exterior painting, new concrete rear stairs and platform. |
