Project Description
The renovation of a significant Charleston, SC landmark fire tower, including:
- removal, repair or reproduction of deteriorated decorative and structural steel
- new wood flooring
- copper roof replacement
- new corrugated sheet metal siding
- sandblasting and painting of the tower and steel leg supports
- the lifting and reattachment of the restored top portion of the tower to its original location on top of the four legs at 65 feet above ground
