Work included salvaging the existing siding, milling new siding to match existing siding, and restoring the window units to their original look. Project Details Design/Build of a nearly $4 million dollar project. The Southeastern Spine Institute- Building II in Mount Pleasant, SC was a new ground up 18,000 sq ft medical office building completed by Charles Blanchard Construction Corp. back in May of 2012.
This facility was designed to accommodate a variety of services, including MRI, X-ray, physical therapy and pain management, as well as clinical space and administrative offices. The exterior design and materials were designed to complement the existing facility, taking on a “campus” feel.
