Project Details
San Sophia Airplane Hangar for a single owner at Charleston Executive Airport. This project consists of manufacturing and erecting a roughly 6,400 SQ FT NUCOR Pre-Engineered Metal Building, the construction of one office, one bathroom, and one storage closet with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems, installation of Schweiss hydraulic doors, and associated sitework. This hangar is designed hold two privately owned jets.

Project Details Design/Build of a nearly $4 million dollar project. The Southeastern Spine Institute- Building II in Mount Pleasant, SC was a new ground up 18,000 sq ft medical office building completed by Charles Blanchard Construction Corp. back in May of 2012.
This facility was designed to accommodate a variety of services, including MRI, X-ray, physical therapy and pain management, as well as clinical space and administrative offices. The exterior design and materials were designed to complement the existing facility, taking on a “campus” feel.
